Dr. Larisa Yedigarova is a physician-researcher with over 35 years of global experience spanning clinical practice, academia, and the pharmaceutical industry. As a strategic leader in Medical Affairs and Clinical Development, she has played a pivotal role in five high-profile product launches at Novo Nordisk, Amgen, Allergan/AbbVie, Avanir/Otsuka, and Medtronic Diabetes.

With expertise across multiple therapeutic areas—including endocrinology, cardiovascular, cardiometabolic diseases, obesity, renal disorders, lipidology, neurology, and women’s health—Dr. Yedigarova has led cross-functional teams, developed innovative medical strategies, and managed multimillion-dollar budgets.

Her global clinical research leadership extends across the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Central Asia, fostering strong collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and regulatory bodies. She has been instrumental in developing and leading innovative advisory boards as well as in shaping real-world evidence strategies, investigator-initiated studies, omnichannel KOL engagement, and HEOR initiatives, significantly advancing therapy access and patient outcomes.

Dr. Yedigarova is multilingual, fluent in English, Russian, Armenian, and proficient in Ukrainian, enabling seamless communication in diverse research and regulatory environments. She has authored over 80 peer-reviewed publications and contributed to groundbreaking clinical research, advisory board leadership, and regulatory submissions.

A dedicated educator, she serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California (USC) Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, mentoring future leaders in pharmaceutical brand development and clinical research.

Dr. Yedigarova is a recognized leader in professional circles, actively engaging with the American Diabetes Association (ADA), American Heart Association, and American Stroke Association.

Sandra Sieck has served as a board member as well as the Chief Operating Officer for the Society of Chest Pain Centers, international as well as the Chief Operating Officer (COO).  She was a selected committee member of the National Institute for Health (NIH) National Heart, Lung, Blood Institute (NHBLI) to address the nations HealthCare Initiative Cardiovascular Disease and Women (Healthy People Initiative 2010), and CMS-APC Observation Reimbursement Committee (one of the original team members who challenged CMS regarding the new observation code). Ms. Sieck served on the NQF panel for development of Pain Management Quality Measures.

 Ms. Sieck worked with CMS/NCHS in updating ICD-9 Codes to meet the Cardiology National Guidelines and Medical Necessity Standards.  Ms. Sieck worked with the Federal government in monitoring and updating Health policy.   In addition to developing unique healthcare concepts, Ms. Sieck has developed a one of its kind, nationally recognized program, “A New Generation of Hospital Operations - The industry leader in the alliance of clinical and financial data platform, the Y Model”.  She also has numerous publications.  She was interviewed by Forbes Magazine regarding the impact of Observation Services on the patient, financially.
